Speaker 1:

I'm eating a creamy and welcome to the first episode of[inaudible]. So starting from today, did you be regularly hosting wellness webinars, hashtag wellness, Wednesday and wherever you will be inviting interesting guests speakers who really inspire and educate us in the different areas of beauty related to wellbeing, health, and wellness. So each session will be recorded and will be available in demand today. I'm excited to invite the first guest Victoria, who is the founder and formulator of organic skincare brand natural cosmetics. And as long as I now get Gloria,[inaudible] a big passion is to help people to feel confident in that and the hippie hippie in their body, and to be as natural using the natural that I'm a decent natural holistic remedies today, she will be speaking about natural. Um,[inaudible] um, what the greater today is as always Kimberly Kimberly's, the multidiscipline marketeer over 10 years of industry experience helping brands and founders find their niche in the market and develop their story and to align product roadmap. So she's a, has experienced in lots of areas. So in the retail product development and marketing, so Kim[inaudible], uh, which we will expect to be interactive. Hi, hi everyone. Um, I'm very excited to be hosting. I know all of us have kind of tuned into what it really means to us these days, considering the circumstances we're in, um, and the lines have really blurred between work and home. So I think this kind of conversation comes at a very opportune time. Um, so I'm very excited to speak with Victoria and learn more about, you know, herbal remedies and how we can incorporate them into our daily lives and not just think of them as ancillary products and really look at them as something to integrate. So with that, I will begin my conversation with Victoria welcome Victoria. So then as Kimberly probably already mentioned, I w uh, I studied at natural healing Institute of natural protein, California, and LA Jolla. And, um, I graduated from the faculty of clinical master biology in California. Um, it was a very, a stressful time for me because just a second months before I graduated, I found that my cousin had, uh, bone cancer and, um, she had an operation and, um, uh, she was trying to make a decision, was she had to go for chemotherapy and how it's going to work. And luckily I was studying Herb's and about to graduate. And I talk to my professor, Steve shepherd, and he actually explained me the whole situation with cancer, how it works, how our immunity is suppressed when we do chemotherapy. And he offered me to write my final paper on the cancer. And I did a lot of research on the cancer Herb's medicinal plans that used to be that used to, um, that our ancestors, uh, well ancestors used. And, um, my sister chose a pass of natural healing and she refused to do chemotherapy, and she went completely financial healing using Herb's. And after the operation, nine months later, nine months of using herps, she was free from cancer. And now it's been almost 10 years. She's had her baby and she's happy and healthy, and there was like a huge, uh, it made a huge impact on my life as well. And I am a huge believer of herps. I know that they work because they've seen how they work and how they create miracles. So since then, basically since 2008, I am using herps every day in my life, um, uh, for energy, for health, for beauty. And, um, today we're talking about, um, anti-stress herps for, for work. I have my next slide here and here it's, um, a sort of small introduction into herbal medicine, as you probably know that herps had been with us since the beginning of earth. Um, if you look, uh, at the bottom of your feet, you'll see the whole pharmaceutical industry, I would say rests so many Herb's around us, wherever you go in nature, you'll find, uh herps and, um, herb. So the oldest form of medicine and basically pharmaceutical drugs are based on horrible extracts. And I have a small example here of salicylic acid and aspirin. Um, uh, the extract was used, uh, from the barks and leave of leaves of Willow the salicylic acid extract. And the, the medicine was created like a hundred years ago, and it was widely used in, um, in times of, uh, disease in England and, uh, as an against fever. And, um, it's reduced Spain, but now of course, a synthetic form of salicylic acid is used as a tool salicylic acid. And as you know, aspirin has many side effects and more and more people are turning back towards her herbs and natural ways of, um, uh, healing themselves because, uh, uh, yeah, drugs have so many negative side effects and they're affecting our whole system. Whereas perhaps when you use it in their whole, some state they're helping our body. And, um, yeah, because I'm curious because we all, we all see herbs in the supermarkets and they don't have the full plant. So is there a benefit in using the whole plant versus a part of the like, looks at a flower or just believes? Um, basically for example, if you take dandelion, for example, the whole plant is medicinal, uh, uh, excellent. Um, for, um, they have so many vitamins and micro and macro elements that are rebuilding our system. It's like the whole multivitamin in one herb and the root is used for the liver to help the liver to get rid of stigma nations. And, um, they talk bots can be used for oil, for example. And it's a remedy for people who have, um, uh, who are losing hair living. Um, and for example, and as a thing, um, sometimes herps, um, having alkaloids as one of the ingredients and alkaloids is something that is, as they say, dangerous for the herps. And if you extract only one ingredient and threw away the rest of the blend, usually in the plant, when it's used in the whole, some steak, there will be something that would, um, come, but the fact of the alkaloid and will create a harmony. Is it clear what I say? No, it makes sense. Like you, you know, you, you don't want to take one part out of the plan because it has another part to work synergistically with. Exactly. Exactly. Yes. It's a holistic way of using, um, uh, yeah. Of, of, of using nature around us as a, as a herbal medicine. Um, well, I know you have a few more slides to talk through, but I wanted to bring attention to some of that. So I would the topic of our presentation to air my presentation. Today's, I'm distressed at anti-stress remedies at work. And I was thinking, um, like the first number one question on Google is how to reduce stress and remedies against stress. So basically stress is causing is cause of, um, a lot of disease, different types of disease. And, um, so, um, hyperactive nervous system is part of, uh, stress. So, and like, and unexcited, panic attacks, insomnia, nervousness, and digestion here. I mentioned palpitation fear, high blood pressure, pressure, uh, lack of concentration. This is all cost. If we look at the root of the problem, the root of the problem is stress. Yeah, that brings me another question also, is, are there any, uh, symptoms of stress that are show up either as like skin issues or hair loss, like is that triggered by stress and what are some things that the rises an exam, an eczema, these are the stress related skin diseases. And, um, uh, when we talked to, when I talked to dermatologist, I actually work with a team of dermatologist in Holland. And of course the first recommendation is to slow down and reduce stress. You can take verbal medicine intake. Um, I don't know, you can do so many different healings, but if the root of the problem is not, um, is not, um, um, it's not taken into consideration. The problem will come back eczema. And the first thing they recommend is a steroid. So it's just, it's interesting to hear that perspective. Yes. Um, but you know, we use this example, hormones does help temporarily once you stop using steroid hormones or creams with steroid hormones, um, the problem will come back very fast. It will come back. So in situations of eczema and psoriasis, it's a holistic approach towards, uh, healing, the skin. And it starts from reducing stress and anxiety, uh, using herbal herbal medicine and, uh, adjusting your diet, you know, irregular, drinking, water, all this we know already. So it's, um, the whole ecosystem. Yeah. I mean, let's talk a little bit more about the nervous system and how herbs and all of that interacts with all of these, um, anxiety, panic and stress indicators can be addressed. So before we go to do the herps that are helping us to calm down and, uh, um, tame and anxiety, let's talk about nervous system and see how it works. And just a very brief introduction. Um, I think my next slide is about the nervous system. Uh, so how does it work? Um, basically in nature, I had an example, uh, when DAC zip-line, um, her organs of senses send signals to the brain, uh, that there is danger. And, um, so our eyes, ears, uh, sense of smell. We, um, uh, all this, uh, census, uh, collected and they are sending the signal into the brain in the part of the brain called hypothalamus and hypothalamus communicates was the whole body via nervous system. So, um, the nervous system sends a signal to adrenals, um, to release stress hormones when there is danger. And then, um, we get, um, adrenaline and cortisol. Those are two important stress hormones in cases of danger. And so high levels of stress hormones are released in blood and they tell the body to immediately prepare to act, was it to fight or to run away, to make sure that you survive. So what happens was a body was sad, breathing fast. The heartbeat is, um, um, increasing, uh, then the high levels of two guys are going into blood in order to supply. The whole body was an energy to act immediately. And then we start running, uh, fighting. And then in the case of deer, most, most of the time the deer would run as fast as she can. And then after, um, the dangers over it, if she's able to escape, then Moretti was in five minutes, you find the deer just happily eating grass and me bling on something, forgetting about all this horrific experience that she just went through. And so basically nervous system has a mechanism that when the danger is over, it turns on the mechanism to relax and to, um, slow, slow down the release of stress hormones and, uh, Laurie downgrade. Yeah. So, but this is an ideal scenario in the wild world. I would say that's how we're built, right. Does it actually work with us? Basically humans is, is a different story because, uh, after stress, we would usually get the call to our family members of friends and start talking about it. And, you know, we, um, rethinking about this situation all and all, and re stimulating our nervous system to release stress hormones again. And for our body, if we're thinking about it, it feels like it's already happening for us and doing it on a daily basis for a long term then, um, um, the nervous system gets hyperactive.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

Constantly in the state of releasing like a cortisol state. And that is called like chronic stress. Yeah. You hear a lot of people that are experiencing chronic stress on like they end up in the hospital because of really severe chest pains or anxiety attacks. So I hear more about these days. Yes. And we are kind of doing it ourselves that basically every time a redoing the situation reigniting the nervous system. So it's actually, um, important to count down and really forget about what happened. There is no danger anymore. And I see the question from Medina, uh, how to reduce stress. And of course we all know about her. Herb's, they're very popular now. I think my next slide is about, uh herps. Uh, so yeah, in natives, there are many medicinal herbs that help to tame stress, anxiety, and to slow and calm us down. And the most popular herbs are, um, a type of herbs called adaptogens. Um, we've, uh, the rest, so many remedies was adaptogen. They're well known herbal tonics rejuvenate in twenties, they're called energy tonics. And they're widely used to help our body to relieve the negative impact of constant worry, overwork, lack of sleep. So they are longterm tonics, but as I said, were living in the every day, fast moving pace and, um, adaptogens can be very stimulating to our nervous system. So, uh, they do work. However we need to see in what situations to use them. We can take them for a long period of time and to help our body, to adapt to different situations, to have more energy, to boost our immunity. But there are situations where we really need to slow down and count down. And, um, for that, we have kind of herps that I called nervines nervines so basically they are helping adaptogens. Okay. So they're kind of enhancing the effect of adaptogens, but not in a stimulating way. And these have a more immediate effect or are these something that also take a long time? Um, in most of the cases they have an immediate calming effects means a nerve tonics. I have a slight here they're calming her ups, um, that are mindly relaxing without heavy suppressive effects of sedatives. For example, if you talk, w you are probably familiar with herbs like valerian root and home and muzzle ward, those have very heavy sedatives, like in a scale from one to 10 in this sedative scale, then a valerian will be eight Muslim would be 10, but, um, mild nervines like lemon balm or surveying or come a mile. They are also nerve tonics, but very mild sedatives, very delicate herps that, um, softly helping us come down, of course, in the situations of, um, very heavy stress or if somebody dies or it, there are different situations where you, you really need to sedate the person's nervous system. And in that case, Herb's like Valarie and, uh, hopes would be used and malaria. And her helps, I would not use for a long time because they are also suppressing our nervous system and our endocrine system. But if we're talking for everyday herps mild nervines or nerve tone IX, they said they heard hubs that are helping to rebuild our nervous system. They are bringing in our nurse to balance feeding, nourishing our herps. And, um, so he, I wrote nervines helped to restore emotional balance Norris in nurse and nervous system. Um, they are calming unexcited, um, calming heartbeat, and quite often stress causes, um, our gusta, a gastro intestinal tract to, um, to S to have spasms, you know, so quite often we are not able to digest food when we are stressed. And usually people say, don't eat when you're stressed, because you won't be able to digest you food. So basically you need to calm down first because stress keeps you in this spastic condition. Um, speaking of, so just to kind of understand if there are any precautions or people with underlying conditions that they should avoid certain herbs use of different herps and we talk about mild, um, nerve tonics, but, um, do you mean what hurts needs to be avoided as there any Herb's it needs to be avoided in this situation? No, just if there are, cause let's say there's somebody who has an underlying condition of like a heart condition. Are there issues that might arise if they start taking an herb or that they should understand? Well, for example, if somebody has a heart condition palpitation, for example, Jensen Asian gene sin is very stimulating, very young herb. It shouldn't be used here because risk stimulate the heart. And so in this situation it should be avoided. So I just see, how does it work? I will looking, um, uh, the QA. So, um, how can we, so how we incorporate the herbs? Like, is it a rumor therapy, drinking tea, both like what's the most effective way? Well, actually I wanted to go through several her ups. It can be the weekend use every day. They are pretty safe. They are not causing very aggressive sedative effect. Um, and then kind of softly letting us to relax and calm down and they can be used prolonged period of time. And, uh, I'm sure you've heard of this herps I don't know if you've ever tried it. So definitely one of the Hertz for the Ben trees, lemon bulb. Okay. This is an amazing nerve tonic and every time, you know, nerve tonic seems like maybe the word sometimes is discouraging, but actually when I hear about lemon balm, the name is associated with such a great taste. You know, this one drink, I just have a smile on my face. Every time I get a lemon balm, really helping me to, um, to be happy and stay happy. You know, this is, um, like, um, here said it's delightful tasting tea that children laugh at adult laugh, and it can be used, um, every day to day. Perfect. Uh, not necessarily, I would say two, three cups a day as a therapeutic dosage, but if you want to use it just to enjoy, to have a nice, uh, sleep, then just drink it one hour before going to sleep and have a nice, um, nice sleep. Um, so you, you recommend it in a tea form. Are there any benefits of using it? Topically of course. Well, um, Melissa essential oil or lemon balm, uh, essential oil is in, it is an amazing remedy against help for example, but it has a lot of volatile oils. And while you inhale it, you already have a relaxing effect. I have to say that Melissa essential oil is quite an expensive oil. Sometimes just a catnip or peppermint would work even better, but I let's to touch on a room of therapy because I do find that aroma therapy also a effective way of dealing with stress like art. Is there a certain essential oil or oil that we should consider for therapeutics? Absolutely. Absolutely. For those who, who, who wish to, um, have a, you know, there are aroma lamps, how you call it. I use it every day. Uh, at home basically stands in my living area and a drop of, for example, lavender oil or a peppermint oil. Would you, could you really make your day or Ilan Ilan also a fantastic, um, um, mood stimulating, um, herb. Okay. Um, and so you would use what would be most effective? I definitely would ask it for the reduction. Like what's what herbs for reduction of stress, I guess you have that in your slides. Um, well for everyday use, I would definitely go for lemon bough. Okay. And then the next herb that I prepared, um, is it come a mile why I saw it about comma mile, first of all, it has a huge history of, uh, medicinal use, you know, especially in Europe. And it's a very, very safe herb, uh, say for children and for adults and, um, actually, uh, camo mile essential oil is also widely use philosophically. Um, and also for example, uh, how would I recommend to use it? Um, you can, uh, have, um, and liniment and make, uh, make a piece of clothes warm or put it in a hot water and then add a one or two drops of Commonweal essential oil. And especially for those who have BMS premenstrual syndrome, I just, it on a lower belly and let it stay there for 10, 15 minutes and just feel, they fact how the, um, volatile oils go inside and help you to calm down and to relieve this. Okay. Yeah. I've never heard of that PMs remedy and we'll definitely have to try that, but, um, comma mile is widely use and it used to relieve insomnia and stress and for menstrual, especially useful children. Um, we teasing children, uh, with colleagues. Um, you know, when we talk about her books, it's important to try her up and find the one that really resonates with you. Because for example, there are so many different herps that can be as nerve tone, but there is one that is suitable, especially for you, that will make you come in a second. How long would you trial an earn before you knew, you know, it was or wasn't for you? Usually you could feel it immediately. If you have a fresh herb and you put it on the tip of your tongue, or you smell it, your body will tell you immediately if this is for you, if you, um, yeah, you will just have to hear your body's response. Exactly, exactly. And then you just, uh, for example, if you feel that the smell is attractive, the taste, well, the taste of camomile is not super, um, tasty because it's a bit bitter, but if the smell is attractive to you and, uh, even the look is attractive and then you, uh, stupid tea with it and then have a first, um, um, and just see and then feel what it does to your body. Is it warm in your body? Is it helping you to relax, uh, what, what it does to your thoughts? So basically you have to have a body awareness to understand, of course, um, maybe for those ones who are starting with, Herb's just now, Oh, I haven't used it before then a few cups of tea will already help you to understand whether this kind of tea will work for you or not, but basically it's learning by observation. Okay. Um, yeah, I mean, I, I love camomile tea after a meal, so that's after a, it's fantastic. It really helps your digestion as well because, you know, come a mile in taste if you sip it really well. Like, uh, for, for example, for setting minutes, it has this beef taste talking about comma miles that you get from the supermarket in a sec, you know, in a session that I'm talking about real common mile herb, that you steep in a cup of tea in a cup for 30 minutes, it will have a very bitter taste. Well, not as bitter as valerian root, for example, but enough BEETUS to stimulate your digestive juices, the bile to come out and to help your body to digest those fats and proteins nuts are really good point. So, um, the camomile tea in the stores are, or not, not strong. Yeah. They're not potent enough to do what really can be done with cam and y'all well, I mean, if you

Speaker 3:

A five

Speaker 1:

[inaudible] and, um, maybe it will be in that sense, I would doubt the quality, I would say. So coming to that, where can we find like these, these reserves and their natural potent forms? Like I know we're not gonna find it in like our regular whole foods or, you know, where, so where, where are we looking for them? Well, we're looking for them at specific herb stores, Amazon, Amazon, no, I would not look for it on Amazon in America. Amazing how companies where, um, you can find wild herps and of course, wild Herb's are much more potent. Um, you also find, um, organic curves, uh, which are also boughten, but not as potent as wild herbs, for example, mountain Rose Herb's dot com is an amazing place to get the herps. Uh, there's a wide range of herbs offered very good quality. And, um, usually I order my herps from them. Okay. Good to know. Yeah. Um, well, on Amazon, I'm sure there are different companies that are selling her ups, but in the, in the bulk, I would not buy it on Amazon. Uh, what do you get on Amazon? Maybe think teachers, they say extract liquid extracts of herps sometimes. Um, it's very beneficial to use tinctures, especially for people who are always on the road to working hard, who have no time to calm down and relax and make that cup of tea for themselves. So basically they can use Herb's in the liquid form and that is cold, dangerous. And the tinctures, I guess you can order them on, uh, on Amazon. Okay. Why would we be able to make our own tinctures if we have the herbs? Absolutely, absolutely. That's the best way. That's also, while making teacher you're already coming down and what I wanted to say, well, making tea while mixing the Herb's pouring hot water on it, it's already a ritual of relaxation, you know, finding a nice teapot and nice teacup and, you know, blend in the herps and you already coming down your mind, concentrating on the problems anymore. You are switching to something else. And the whole lot of team making is making you relax. So that's why I'm a four for making teas. Yeah, no, I definitely associate like a sense of calm and ease when I wake up in the morning and I'm doing like my little ritual of making, um, like my team, my coffee, like I it's like a very calm way to start the day. Exactly, exactly. And actually the way you start the day kind of, um, yeah, it's a way to navigate for the rest of the day. Yeah, for sure. Um, is there any, I was looking at the Q and a and Irina just said that a Japanese Quranic, um, pause. Um, yeah, the, the T if you, um, if you brew the tea in the Japanese Kara, not necessarily in Japanese, but actually in Qur'an mix the teapots from Carolyn mix or tea cups, they really made the taste of the tea to come out. Really a metal would have a different, um, I would use, um, um, Quranic pots. Yeah. The, the, uh, the clay makes the taste to open up. Huh. And those oxidized tea, because quite often, uh, certain ingredients in tea, uh, like vitamin C also get oxidized, um, uh, and, um, um, uh, loses its potency very quickly. Yeah. Yes, exactly. I would not steep T a in the, in, in the, in, in the plastic cup or yeah, after thermodynamics is, uh, glasses is the most ideal or, um, I run iron bots, iron pots. Yeah. I have a few of those. They're very heavy. Okay. Um, are there any other herbs you have to go through? Yeah, well, I actually wanted to mention fashion flower because lemon bough and Bauman comma mild, very mild thick, and be used every day and bashed and flower is a bit stronger, you know, for those ones, like, especially business women and men who are constantly on the road, or, um, very stimulated who have lots of energy. And I have difficulties to come down, maybe passion, flower would work even better for them. So again, they need to try the herb and feel was it, this is something that resonates with them. So, um, it's a mild sedative nervy, and it's on our scale from one to 10 would be around five, Y would be around three, four and camomile around. Yeah. Two, three. Yeah. Those are very mild. Yeah. So this is also a very good, um, nerve Tonique. And, um, it helps to sedate the nervous system, but not aggressively, as I said, as, uh, uh, valerian for example, and also of tonics can be the Herb's can be combined together. For example, I prepared a formula for you to try and make your own T and M for example, you have two pots of lemon balm, one part of camo mild, and then as a really nice, um, mild, um, Nuveen is st. John Ward is very easy to get, I guess, in America and in Europe. So if you come by two pots of lemon, balm and equal parts of, uh, one part of CommonWell and one part of San Jon ward, um, and mix well, and then take a one to two teaspoons of this mixture added to, um, um, to eight ounces of water steep covered for, let's say, 20 minutes and take two, three cups a day. That's a very nice, um, pleasant tasting tea, but also very calming and relaxing. So basically when you come back from work and you are preparing your dinner, just have, um, this, um, herb mixture ready, and just a cup of tea for yourself while making a dinner. Great. Basically you can think of before dinner, 30 minutes, 20 minutes before dinner, or to have the digestion and to, um, yeah. Help the digestion then drink 15 minutes after dinner. Okay. And I wanted also to talk about how we use herbs topically, just because, you know, I think we're all kind of experiencing maybe a breakout. Like, you know, a lot of people are saying we have masked me. Are there any herbs that can treat topically any stress issues we have? Yes. Lemon bough is fantastic, is schooling because most of the time stress produces a lot of fire energy in our body. It's very stimulating. And, um, so I'll metabolism increases and lemon balm is kind of cooling. Herb. It's basically all means family, uh, can be used topically, for example, I mean, catnip, lemon balm. Those are the herbs that can be used topically. And how do you use it? You brew the same cup of tea, let it cool down and then take it be so close. Um, uh, keep it in the tea for some time then, um, I strain it and put it for example, on the area of the skin that requires attention, leave it there for several minutes, or let's say 10, 15 minutes, but on the same time you can use, uh, essential oils then would also do the work oils like peppermint catnip and lone bomb. Yes. Yes. Come on. While also is an amazing, um, essential oil that can, that can be used. It's antiinflammatory like lemon ball camo come a mile. That, that, that means those antiinflammatory herps okay. But basically when we have a breakout on our scheme, we have to be happy because our body is getting rid of toxins. And if our intestine is not working, ideally, then it's going to come out through the skin to just be happy that it's not getting stuck in our body, but our body's strong enough to get rid of it. But if we take, for example, um, steroids, what would the cream does? It does not allow the toxins to come out. It basically suppresses it back. So speaking of toxins, are there any detoxifying herbs that you would recommend for Len you spoke about cleanser and liver just to help us kind of move all of those out? Definitely. Um, detoxifying her ups. Those are not nervines anymore, but here we're talking about, Herb's like, um, I had done the line dandelion root, you know, uh, when the energy stagnates, uh, there, where we get a lot of problems, they energy, if we have a lot of energy is amazing, but it also has to move throughout our body. And if it doesn't move, but stagnates there, we start having problems. Then the bile doesn't come out properly. And, um, so, uh, dandelion root is an amazing remedy. I would use dandelion root and dandelion leaf as well because dandelion leaf, he helps to nourish our system and dandelion root helps to, um, uh, remove stagnation and help the, leave it to, um, uh, leave her energy to move faster and, uh, um, get more active. Also, Clover is, um, a really great herb to cleanse a blot and liens. Buddha root also is an amazing herb for the blood and lean. So basically you can use these three herbs that I mentioned all together, just them together, even in equal parts, but, um, also red Clover is a fight to estrogen. Are you familiar with, uh, was it ten five to estrogen? No, I'm five to estrogen. Is it, um, is a type of plant that has natural hormones and especially women who are going into menopause and having all this negative side effects and waves and, um, hot flashes. And then instead of synthetic, uh, hormonal therapy fighter estrogens, I used got it. Okay. The estrogen. So like red Clover, um, don't cry, Angelica sinensis is a Latin name. Those are really nice fighter estrogens for the remake or going into the period of menopause, but this is a completely different subject about yeah, because hormonal therapy, synthetic hormones are having actually, um, the cancer or the breast cancer is related to hormonal therapy. Yeah. It is a lot of there's also, um, like you were talking about the lemon balm, like that would not stimulate the thyroid or do stimulate the thyroid. So hormones are so many different things. Exactly. But for thyroid, for example, to a atonic for thyroid would be an adopted and adapted Jen, um, eleuthero Siberian ginseng. This is an ideal tonic for our thyroid. It balances out for those who have, um, um, very, uh, active thyroid. It would help to calm it down for those who have very sluggish thyroid, it would help to, you know, stimulate, I don't know how the Herb's do it. It feels like Beckley. Exactly. Yes, yes. The thyroid and the body into homeostasis. Yeah. Uh, what I wanted to mention when it comes to detox her abs it's also an ideal, um, um, I mentioned several herps for the liver and for the blood, but also in that formula, there should be something to activate our intestines. So what kind of stimulate a stimulate a stimulant? Um, yeah, it's not really a stimulate, it's something that, um, helps the bowel movement. So like what kind of would do that? Like, yes, well semis, a little bit strong, um, you know, in the kitchen we can, um, always find some cardamom seeds and car seats. Do you know those, if you make humans seed, but not black human, it's the Latin name for carbide? Um, uh, the legend name of cumin, um, and as a type of cumin would be car by car by seat. And that is really an amazing herb for softly stimulating our bowel movement. Look, um, if we talk about dandelion root, for example, Oregon grapefruit, that's also very stimulating for the liver and helping the bile to be released into this smaller intestine into signs, but then EPA, you have, um, if you have coriander seed and carved, I seed in the powder form, mix it together and then drink it 30 minutes before food. Uh, you have to take one teaspoon of the herb of the powder of carbide and, um, um, coriander and then steep it in the hold water for 30 minutes and then drink it on an empty stomach. And, um, one, uh, before you go into sleep twice a day, you'll find, um, yeah, it's, it's a nice way to, um, help the intestines toward better. Yeah. Today's a little bit too stimulating, you know, um, still, uh, we have to make sure that our intestines work on their own and we're not helping them every day. But if, um, the, uh, carbide and coriander seeds, they're very soft, uh, stimulating, rebuilding her ups, I would say. And then you can, um, use it within a month and then have a monster it's also kind of, um, until you a parasite treatment. Oh yeah. Um, I learned so much, but if there's anything that you want to bring up, um, basically, uh, when we are talking about her ex, I would like to add that, um, herps should be taken on a daily basis really to have a therapeutic effect. And, um, not just, uh, if you like to drink tea, then of course drink a cup of tea. Um, find a herb that really tastes good. And that has an effect that you really looking for the herb that resonates with you, but really for therapeutic effect, give, have some time to work, especially when it comes to adaptogens, adaptogens, you said drinking them, you may not feel this act immediately, but within a month he will feel like, wow, my energy level is building all. For example, if you have lemon balm, keep on drinking it, and then you will feel the effect. All of a sudden, you'll find people talking to you like, wow, you're relaxed, you're calm and you have a different energy. So basically something that needs to be taken on a daily basis. And it's a part of a holistic approach. Don't rely only on Herb's forgetting about daily despises, sunshine, also an amazing, uh, healer and, you know, um, follow, um, and specific, not specific, but I look after your diet, of course, your daily regime and what time you go to sleep, help your body.
